Mrs. Nima P.

Co-Founder | Early Childhood Education Specialist

Mrs. Nima P. brings warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to early childhood education to Oakvel. With over five years of experience as an Early Years Educator, she has worked across both the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), thoughtfully integrating these approaches to support each child’s unique developmental journey. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from Australia.

Mrs. Nima firmly believes that the early years are not only the beginning of learning, but the most critical phase for building confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for discovery. Her educational approach is centered on creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and express themselves.

In addition to her classroom experience, she has contributed to curriculum design and development, ensuring that learning programs are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with best practices in early childhood education. She has also supported the setup and development of preschool environments, including guidance on learning space planning and health-focused design, promoting safe, stimulating, and child-centered settings.

Beyond pedagogy, Mrs. Nima brings experience in designing and implementing complex operational processes, streamlining systems to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality across early learning environments. She has also demonstrated strong capability in robust people management, supporting team development, fostering collaborative cultures, and ensuring effective staff coordination within educational settings.

Mrs. Nima emphasizes the importance of high-quality early learning experiences in shaping a child’s overall development, well-being, and school readiness. She brings this perspective into her daily practice, consistently fostering positive learning environments that support holistic growth.

Her work reflects a balanced integration of care, structure, and innovation—ensuring that every child is provided with a strong foundation for future learning and success.

Philosophy:

“For me, it’s all about connection. When a child feels truly seen and supported, they begin to shine in the most beautiful ways.” – Nima

Today, that passion fuels Oakvel’s mission: to create warm, stimulating environments where every child is supported to explore, discover, and reach their full potential.
