Mr. Razi’s pedagogical approach to STEM education is grounded in inquiry, innovation, and experiential learning. He emphasizes the design and delivery of developmentally appropriate learning experiences that align with students’ interests, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills from an early age.

With over five years of experience as an Early Years Educator, she has worked across both the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), thoughtfully integrating these approaches to support each child’s unique developmental journey. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from Australia.

Mrs. Nima firmly believes that the early years are not only the beginning of learning, but the most critical phase for building confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for discovery. Her educational approach is centered on creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and express themselves.
